Phoenix is a military alliance created on the 4th of December 2009. It was originally founded by fifteen countries, all of which were former PEACE GC members.
Phoenix is an alliance formed by fifteen former PEACE GC nations that decided to work together to counteract the increased influence of EDEN in the aftermath of PEACE's collapse. Since its founding, the alliance has added two further members, Bulgaria and Argentina, who are also former PEACE GC nations, and has one member, Latvia, taken out because of their relations with Estonia.
On the 17th of August, France and Ukraine joined Phoenix.
