Sol is a global defensive alliance. It is currently composed of seven official members. Sol's objective is to integrate the member nations to bring peace and stability and ensuring the security of member nations by forging a closer relations between the governments and the populations of the each member nations.
Sol is patterned after the real life United Nations; it was first based in the Asia-Pacific region, but the inclusion of South Africa into the alliance on 10 September 2009 indicates a willingness to take members from other continents.
It was in November 28, 2009 when the Sol Security Council passed a resolution that declares the alliance a global alliance.
Sol is currently in a state of upheaval, and most of the primary functions of the alliance have been suspended until they can be reformed.
